Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may get a full refund on your order within 3 days of receipt. A full refund will be credited to your account less shipping charges.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returns with the following exceptions:

Defective merchandise
Incorrect orders
Out of stock items

Any exchange or return will be accepted no matter what reason is provided within the first 3 days of receipt. However it is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping charges to return the item(s) back to School of Uniforms.

* Items returned or exchanged will be charged a 20% restocking fee

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS:

Be sure to include a note on the original invoice that includes the reason for your return request. Please Note - Any returns sent after the 3 Day Return Period will be returned to sender.

You must write the RMA number on the front of the package, and send it to the address provided.
